ADMISSION PROCEDURE
AGE CRITERIA:For Pre-Primary (Nursery)
4 years as or 1 March
For Class UKG
More than 5 years as on 31 March
For Class-1
6 Plus as on 31 March
AGE PROOF:At the time of admission the date of birth certificate (in original) (Nur to KG) classes and school leaving certificate for class I” onwards must be submitted
ADMISSION FORMALITIES:The following formalities need to be completed at the time of admission (General Category).

1. Admission form should be filled neatly and carefully.
2 Birth Certificate.
3. Family Photo.
4. Two Passport size photographs (students).
5. Passport size photographs (Mother & Father 1 Each)
6. A copy of the latest progress report certificate by the school in which the students last studies (if applicable)
7. Medical Certified (for children with special needs)
8 Transfer Certificate (Original with U-Dise, PEN No.)
9. Photocopy of Aadhar Card (Both Student and Parents).

Note: if student needs to withdrawn from the school the parents/guaridans of the student must submit and application in writing. a month in advance, failing which all school charges up to the month in which the application is made or maximum up to three months whichever is less will be paid. TC fee will be charged separately.
PROCEDURE OF FEE PAYMENTS
1. It is obligation of parents to pay school fees on time of admission at school office.
2. Non-Payment of school fees on time can attract penalties and even name of the child can be struck off from the school. School cannot be blamed for your negligence in any case. No exams/tests will be taken if the school fee is not paid upto the month.
3. Last date of payment is 10th of each month, late fee is imposed after of 11th day of the month.
4. Fee structure will be revised annually by W Wings School Committee.
SCHOOL RULES AND DISCIPLINE
1. Late comers will not allowed to enter the school. The school not responsible in such case.
2. Every student is expected to attend the school regularly and time.
3. No student shall proceed on leave without sanction and permission by the principal.
4. Misbehaving, disrespect, disobedience, breaking school rules and kind of rude/unruly behaviors are not to be considered. Strict action to be taken by the school, which can lead to his/her dismissal from the school.
5. No student is allowed to leave the school premises or sent home alone during school hours without explicit permission of the principal.
6. School can use disciplinary measures in dealing with students unruly behavior and manner like oral warning, written warning, counseling, Rustication more than two or three written warning will lead to automatic rustication.
7. School management comitee all reserves the right to change/modifty/cancel any rules or terms in the interest of smooth functioning of the school.
8. Every students must bring his/her diary to the school.
9. The name of a pupil may be struck off the fee is no paid by the last date announced by the school administration.
10. The parents are requested do not send the wards to the school who suffer from any contagious or infectious diseases.

Admission Formalities

Procedure Of Fee Payments

    4. No exams or tests will be conducted if the fee is not cleared by the due month.

    5. The fee structure is revised annually by the W Wings School Committee.

School Rules & Discipline

  1. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school. The school is not responsible for such cases.
  2. Regular and timely attendance is mandatory for all students.
  3. No student may proceed on leave without prior permission from the Principal.
  4. Misbehavior, disrespect, or disobedience will not be tolerated. Violating school rules or engaging in rude/unruly behavior can lead to disciplinary action or even dismissal.
  5. Students are not allowed to leave the premises or be sent home during school hours without explicit permission from the Principal.
  6. The school may take disciplinary action such as oral/written warnings, counseling, or rustication for repeated misbehavior.
  7. The School Management Committee reserves the right to modify any school rule/term in the interest of smooth operations.
  8. Every student must carry their school diary daily.
  9. A student’s name may be struck off if fees are not paid by the last due date declared by the administration.

  10. Parents are requested not to send children to school if they are suffering from any contagious or infectious disease.
